I have Error code: 0x44415441

This error is triggered when out-of-date files are detected, which prevents the game from loading them. This is caused primarily by having mods installed that aren't compatible with an update.

You must uninstall your mods, and use your mod managers' tools to 'purge mods'

Delete the game's data folder

• From your Library on Steam, right click on HELLDIVERS 2, then click on Manage, then Browse Local Files. Delete the data folder.

Finally, verify file integrity:

•  Right-click the game in your Steam Library > Properties > Installed Files > Verify file integrity.
