The Helldivers x Killzone crossover is finally being brought back to Helldivers 2 as a Legendary Warbond. This time, it will be back permanently on December 18th at 3pm CET. The Killzone collab will not be removed from the game after a limited time and is here to stay.
Some players will have the Killzone legendary warbond unlocked for free automatically. Please read on to find out how this will work for those of you who have previously had access to the Killzone items!
Who gets what and how does it work:
- Players who have previously bought any (even 1) of the Killzone items, will have the whole Helldivers™ 2 x Killzone Legendary Warbond unlocked at no extra cost! It will be automatically unlocked on your account, no need to contact support.
- The items previously purchased (and those which were gifted last December) will be unlocked already. So no need to spend medals on the items you already own!
- Players who received the gifted items in December 2024 but didn’t pay for any single item, will have to pay the 1500 Super Credits to unlock the full Legendary Warbond.
- Players joining after the Helldivers™ 2 x Killzone items left the store in December 2024 can access the Warbond by unlocking it for 1500 SC, and then enjoy redeeming medals on their favorite items just as usual
- We do not have any compensation or reimbursement available for players who bought items exceeding the cost of the warbond during its initial run last year.
- Due to the way this legendary warbond is distributed, no refunds for any items or the warbond itself can be accepted under any circumstance.
The following items were given out for free, and were not purchasable in the super store at any point. If you only have these items, the warbond will not be free for you:
- PLAS-39 Accelerator Rifle
- StA-11 SMG
- AC-2 Obedient (Armor + Helmet)
- Defender of Our Dream (Cape + Player Card)
The total of all of these items is 247 medals. If your locked warbond says you have 247 medals spent, you only have the free items and will not get this warbond for free.
In order to get the warbond unlocked for free, you needed to have purchased with Super Credits one or more of the following paid items during their initial run:
- StA-52 Assault Rifle
- AC-1 Dutiful (Armor or Helmet)
- Strength in Our Arms (Cape or Player Card)
- Assault Infantry (Title)
