What is an Account ID?

An Account ID is unique to every account, no matter your name. This helps our support team find you more easily and assist you faster!

How to find your Account ID

Step 1:

When on your ship, press ESC on keyboard, or Options on the DualShock controller, where you will be presented with the Options Screen.

Step 2:

Go to the Options Tab by clicking on it, pressing "3", or using the L1 and R1 Buttons to navigate between tabs.

Here you will be able to see your Account ID. Make sure that you copy it correctly so our support team can help you as efficiently as possible. If on PC, this can be done by pressing the highlighted Key.
