How do I refund the game?

We’re very sorry to hear that you are not happy with Helldivers 2. If you would like to receive a refund for your purchase of the game you will need to contact the storefront where you made your purchase. We at Arrowhead are unable to process any refunds as we don't handle the transactions for the game.

If you purchased the game on Steam then you can request a refund by using the following steps:

1. Log into your Steam account.
2. Click 'Help' and then 'Steam Support'
3. Select 'Purchases'
4. Pick the game you want to return (You may need to select the “view complete purchase history option).
5. Select 'I would like a refund'
6. Hit 'I'd like to request a refund'
7. Choose your refund method.
8. Click 'Submit Request'
