Strategem sequence not accepted

I've noticed that sometimes Strategem sequences are not accepted if you are calling in a certain stratagem or calling for extraction.  Last time I had trouble with this was calling for extraction and it accepted <<< (aaa) but then would not accept > (s) to continue and call shuttle.  Is there something I am doing wrong or is this a bug?  BTW this game is AWESOME!!  Thank you

    Have you modified the keybindings? If so, could we get a screenshot of them so that we can try to reproduce it?

    Also, are you running any third party software for macro keys or similar?
