Are there accessibility options available for the Fast Recon Vehicle?

Yes! The Fast Recon Vehicle, or FRV, has two accessibility options available within the in-game accessibility options that alter the function of its manual gear changing system:

• Auto Reverse Vehicles: Once enabled, holding down the brake key will automatically shift the vehicle into the reverse gear once the FRV is stationary, instead of requiring the user to manually shift into reverse and then press the throttle key

• Reverse Gear Inverts Throttle: Once enabled, holding down the throttle input whilst in the reverse gear will cause the FRV to brake, and holding down the brake input will cause the FRV to throttle

You can enable or disable these options via the accessibility menu:

1. Press ESC on keyboard, or Options on the DualSense controller, to open the in-game menu
2. Enter the ‘Options’ tab by scrolling with the Q and E keys, pressing the 3 key, or click on the tab itself. On the DualSense controller, use the L1 and R1 buttons to access the ‘Options’ tab
3. Select the ‘ACCESSIBILITY’ menu
4. Locate the Auto Reverse Vehicles and Reverse Gear Inverts Throttle options near the bottom of the list
5. Click on the options to enable or disable them, then press TAB on mouse & keyboard, or Y on DualSense controller to apply the changes
