This may sometimes happen to some players under a very specific set of circumstances. The chain of events that can cause this is the following:
1) You purchased the Super Citizen Edition and therefore unlocked the Steeled Veterans warbond automatically.
2) On the Steeled Veterans warbond, you unlocked packs of Super Credits.
3) You then refunded the Super Citizen edition and you lost access to the Steeled Veterans warbond itself, as well as anything you had unlocked in it, including the Super Credit packs.
4) OR, you have Steeled Veterans via family sharing/library sharing, but do not actually own the DLC yourself, causing it to be deducted from your account
The Super Credits that you had received from the Steeled Veterans warbond were automatically deducted from your inventory upon refunding the Super Citizen Edition, which made your Super Credits go in negative values. However, due to a visual bug, the UI may sometimes glitch out and instead show that your Super Credits are in the billions. This is only visual; your true Super Credits value is still in the negatives if this occurs.
If you re-purchase the Super Citizen Edition, or unlock Steeled Veterans with Super Credits ingame, then the Super Credits will automatically be restored. Otherwise, if you pick up Super Credits ingame, they will be added to your account normally and you will eventually go back to positive values.
