Known Issues 12th Feb

Known Issue: Stuck in Cryopod
Sometimes, when you join someone else’s ship at the same time as others, your Helldiver may get stuck in the cryopod and be unable to move. We have a future fix for this coming out, but in the meantime, if you wait until the other players select a mission, your Helldiver will be teleported into the Hellpod, and you can then play normally.

Known issue: Some players are experiencing partial progression package upgrades

This means players can get stuck on certain difficulty, unable to progress. Our team is working on figuring out how to solve this and what the cause is. There is no known workaround for now.

Known issue: Matchmaking still not working after patch
While we have improved matchmaking in this patch and are continuing to work on it, players may still experience some instability while matchmaking. It may work better if you attempt to join an active lobby on a planet.
