Trophy Not Appearing

If your trophy has not popped there are two things you can do to make it pop:

1. Visit the armoury - usually this unlocks missing trophies
   
   
2. Drop down into a mission and successfully complete it - when the cloud sync kicks in at the end of completion this usually causes trophies to pop

If this does not cause your trophy to appear make sure you have fulfilled all the criteria - the correct difficulty, type of planet, enemy type and upgraded all necessary weapons (including the anniversary additions like the Constitution).
